Hot Elongation Test Apparatus

Sipcon’s Hot Elongation Test Apparatus provides a critical assessment by measuring how much a cable stretches when exposed to high temperatures and tensile forces.
Designed to meet the IEC 60811 standard, our advanced apparatus evaluates the elongation and stretchability of cable insulation and coverings under heated and loaded conditions. By simulating real-world thermal stresses, manufacturers can gauge their cables' performance and durability with precision.

The device is upgraded and equipped with a heat shrinkage test bracket, which is reasonable in structure and easy to use.

The apparatus is used to evaluate the performance of cable materials, particularly their thermal and mechanical properties
It subjects the cable insulation and sheathing materials to high temperatures to determine their elongation behavior.
